At our 10:00 am Eucharist Service on Sunday mornings we are renewed through Jesus Christ as we give thanks for God's blessings in our lives.

The ladies of the Altar Guild are dedicated to taking care of God's altar with tenderness and love. We have been told that we have the best Altar Guild in the Diocese of Maryland.

Christian Education for Adults (Sunday Morning at 11:15 a.m. and Wednesday Morning at 10:15 a.m.) is an opportunity to share with, and learn from, our friends.

Christian Education for Children provides a focused experience for our kids to begin their faith journeys.

The Choir is a small, dedicated, and energetic group of volunteers who rejoice in lifting up their voices in praise and adoration of our Lord.

Christ the King Bookworms meets monthly on Saturdays at 8:00 PM in a member's home to discuss a book of interest to the group. All ECCTK parishioners and friends of ECCTK are welcome. Books are divided about equally among modern best-sellers, literary classics, and books with a religious theme.

Confirmation Classes prepare you for that exciting day when you are able to proclaim for yourself that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior

Evangelism can be heard and felt around Christ the King as we try to reach out and embrace our surrounding Communities. We share our faith with the residents at the nearby Manor Care Nursing Home by conducting two Eucharist's and one Prayer Service there every month.

An Extended Child Care Program provides a caring, safe, and structured environment, before and after school, for children of working parents in the community.

Through contributions from the congregation we are able to keep on hand a supply of gift cards to a local grocery store which helps us to share with our neighbors who are less fortunate then we are.

A Lay led Healing Service, every Wednesday morning, provides an opportunity to receive special prayers when needed.

Lay Eucharist Ministers, or LEMS, are a small group of parishioners who have been specially trained and licensed to carry the Sunday morning Eucharist to those who are unable to be with us due to illness, and who assist the Priest at the Altar during Eucharist services by serving the consecrated wine to all those present.

Two Eucharist services and a Laity led prayer service are provided each month for the residents of the nearby Manor Care Nursing Home.

People from the congregation serve as Lay Readers sharing the Lessons of the Day and the Prayers of the People with the rest of the congregation.

Senior Seekers brings together those that are retired, or semi-retired, to share in the Bible and the fellowship of each other.

A Thanksgiving Day Dinner at Christ the King is an opportunity to give thanks and share our blessings with our friends and neighbors.

A Wednesday Morning Bible Study group provides an opportunity for those who are free in the morning to share with each other a more serious exploration of the Bible.

Our Ushers act as the hosts on Sunday morning, greeting people as they arrive and seeing that they have an Order of Service and a place to sit.

The Youth Group is a lively bunch of teenagers who share in each others friendships and faiths.
